My Approach

Integrative Psychotherapy

I use an integrative approach to therapy, which simply means I draw from different styles of counselling to best suit your needs. People are complex and there’s no one-size-fits-all method so I tailor the work we do to what actually fits you.

I’m trained in several approaches, including:

  • Psychodynamic Therapy – looking at how your past and unconscious patterns may still be affecting you today

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – identifying unhelpful thoughts and behaviours and finding more useful ways to respond

  • Person-Centred Therapy – creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and understood

  • Existential Therapy – exploring the bigger questions in life: meaning, identity, choice and how to live in a way that feels true to you

By combining these approaches, I’m able to work flexibly and respond to whatever’s showing up for you. This means we can focus on your past when it’s helpful, stay practical when that’s needed and always keep your unique experience at the centre of the process.

Therapy with me isn’t about fitting into a model, it’s about building a way forward that actually fits you.

Take the First Step Today

Recognising that you could benefit from therapy is the first stop towards real change and personal growth. I offer a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can explore your issues and work towards a healthier and more balanced life.
