Welcome to Jack Bellamy Therapy
Counselling and Psychotherapy
As a man you will know that modern life comes with many difficult challenges and can often feel overwhelming.
We’re constantly bombarded with mixed messages about who we should be and what will make us happy. You might be feeling stressed, confused or lost in life. Perhaps you’re struggling with low confidence, low self-esteem, relationship issues, anxiety or depression.
Or maybe certain habits have taken control and are damaging your quality of life. I believe that together we can face your challenges and start you on the road toward real change.

My journey into therapy began as a client and I know first-hand that lasting change can happen in a supportive, non-judgmental space. As an integrative therapist, I’m trained to draw from different types of therapy to suit your individual needs.
Whether you want to change unhelpful patterns, work through relationship difficulties, explore how past experiences may be shaping your present or simply find a safe space to talk things through, you are welcome here. Taking the first step isn’t always easy but it can lead to real growth, healing and a stronger connection with yourself.
Give me a call or text me on 07703813693 and I will call you back if that is easier for you.

Are you
✅ Overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or low mood?
These feelings can build up and start to affect your daily life, making it hard to cope or feel like yourself.
✅ Struggling with relationships, loneliness, or isolation?
You might be finding it hard to connect with others or maintain close relationships. Feelings of loneliness or isolation can creep in, even when you’re not physically alone. These struggles can impact your wellbeing and make everyday life feel more difficult.
✅ Struggling with stress, intense emotions, or anger?
These strong feelings can take a toll on your mental and physical health, affecting your relationships and daily activities.
✅ Struggling to control your pornography use?
Porn addiction is becoming more common because it’s so easy to access online. It means someone feels they can’t stop watching porn, even when it causes problems in their life.
✅ Battling low self-worth or feelings of inadequacy?
You might be struggling with a constant sense of not being good enough or feeling like you don’t measure up. These feelings can affect your confidence, relationships, and overall happiness.
✅ Neurodivergent and facing unique challenges?
You might be facing challenges that others don’t always see or understand. Whether it’s with work, relationships, or daily routines, these experiences can feel isolating or overwhelming.
✅ Feeling stuck in a cycle of social media, gaming, or tech overuse?
Technology is a big part of everyday life now, but it can also lead to addiction. People can get hooked on the internet, social media, phones, or gaming, even when it’s affecting their life in a bad way.
✅ Training to be a therapist and need support?
It’s common for personal stuff to come up during training – therapy gives you space to process it, feel grounded and grow into the therapist you’re becoming.
If so, you are not alone. I've been in your position.
Psychotherapy for Adults (18+)
Reaching out for help can feel like a big step but it can also be one of the most rewarding. You might be coming to therapy with a clear issue you want to work on or just a sense that something in your life isn’t quite right. Either way, this can be a space to pause, reflect and start creating real change.

Having been through my own therapy, I know the power of having a space where you feel truly accepted, understood and not judged. That experience shaped the way I now work as a therapist.
As a qualified integrative psychotherapist, I draw from a range of approaches including CBT, psychodynamic, person-centred and existential therapy. This means we can work in a way that suits you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, each person is unique and your therapy should reflect that.
I believe therapy works best when it’s built on trust, empathy and a sense of safety. You may already have an idea of what kind of therapy feels right for you or you may not. Either way, I see you as the expert on yourself and I’ll always respect your preferences and pace.
As life changes, your needs in therapy might change too. Together, we can set goals and adjust the way we work to make sure therapy continues to support you in the ways that matter most.
Give me a call or text me on 07703813693 and I will call you back if that is easier for you.

Meet Jack Bellamy
Hi, I’m Jack Bellamy, a psychotherapist based in Epsom, working with adults (18+) who are going through a wide range of life challenges.
I’m passionate about helping my clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. I tailor each session to fit the individual, drawing from different therapy approaches depending on what works best for you. No overcomplication, no judgment, just real conversations that support real change.
My Journey
Before I became a therapist, I was a therapy client myself. I turned to therapy during a difficult time in my life and it helped me in ways I didn’t expect. That experience stayed with me, it’s what inspired me to do this work.
I know what it’s like to sit on the other side of the room and I understand how much courage it can take to ask for help. That’s why I bring curiosity, care and respect into every session. Whether you’re dealing with mental health struggles, relationship issues, addiction or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you work through it, at your own pace.

My Perspective
Having been both a client and a therapist gives me a broader perspective. I know how important it is to feel heard and supported without pressure or judgment. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about exploring, understanding and helping you connect more deeply with yourself. My role is to walk alongside you as you figure out what’s right for you.
Qualifications and Experience
I hold a BSc in Integrative Psychotherapy (First Class Honours) and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). You can view my profile here.
I’ve worked with organisations including Mind Croydon, Headstrong Counselling, and HQ Therapy, supporting people with a wide range of issues and backgrounds.
